Born from a track by Giacomo, this is a song we all have a strong attachment to. The theme is very direct, and it touched all of us in the latest years: the dehumanization of who is different, and, more specific, of who is an immigrant. After years as an immigrant myself, noticing how small little actions can cause severe pain and feelings of insecurity, I
can't look the other way in a country like Italy, more and more racist every single day and less and less human. Corrupt is a self-criticism regarding this spreading individualism that is transforming all of us, somehow, in little monsters.
We strongly believe that music is and must be connected to politics, and in this historical moment we take a stand against the extreme right-wing parties and the nationalist politics that are going on in many countries, including unfortunately our own.
